In August, 2018, our this Mongolia customer contact us to enquiry one set of 10t overhead crane, after several Emails and WeChat communication, finally the design is confirmed, then we quote the price to them accordingly. Then several days no news from them, I use some other client's delivery pictures to follow up this client. They replied us that maybe our main beam design needs subtle change, then we update our drawing to them again, lastly they accept our updated design, meanwhile, they are very satisfied our professional and fast reply.
After two days, they also enquiry one set 5T European Type jib crane, our design and offer has provided to them within two days.
Lastly, they ask the discount from us, I apply from our management, USD 300 has given to them for the whole project, finally we sign the contract. In addition, it takes 40 days to finish this project production totally.
