- Cold rolled steel plate: The whole cabin uses the cold-rolled steel plate from CNC machining, and then Tailor welded, with a smooth appearance and high strength. it also should be firm, beautiful, safe, insulation, fireproofing, dust-proof, fully enclosed;
- 5MM tempered glass windows: Fully enclosed sandwich structure cab, the outer wall uses cold-rolled steel plate of 5mm thickness, transparency is not less than 80%, opening bottom window in the cab, the middle heat insulating layer is made of glass wool felt fireproof insulation materials with the capacity of not less than 16KG/M3;
- Indoor decorative plate: With Anti-static insulation refractory decorative board;
- Floor: 3mm detachable steel plate, Non-slip floor with insulation material;
- Carpet: Non-slip rubber insulation carpet;
- Control line: Has made the cable anti-wear treatment;
- Doors& windows frame: Made of aluminum materials;

- Side windows: Can be locked at the closed, half open and fully open three positions;
- The bottom& front uses (mezzanine) safety glass: Front glass thickness (not less than 8mm), bottom glass (not less than 10mm), can be replaced in the room;
- Platform cleaning the windows: Security facilities to prevent people falling, Easy to clean the bottom, front& side windows, no need stretching the cleaning tool;
- Sliding locks the door& outside open sliding doors: For saving space, sliding locks door or outside open sliding doors are set at cab entrance to ensure sound-proof, dustproof, keeping warm;
- Safe passage: Between the cab& main beam, the driver can safely climb to the main beam, easily access to up& down crane channel;
- Rotatable driver's seat: The adjustable height& distance from front to back& backrest angle, fit for the people with 175±10cm in height &about 80kgweight.Covered with the material of breathable non-slip& easy to clean, driver seat position is easy to access;
- Air conditioning &ventilation equipment: A set of split type hot& cold air conditioning &ventilation equipment in place to facilitate the maintenance, temperature control between 18 ~ 25 ℃ throughout the year. Air conditioning equipment meeting cab shock conditions, also with condensate collecting discharge device;
- Soundproofing measures, isolated vibration& buffered devices: Soundproofing measures, indoor noise in the driver's ear controlled below 65 decibels, with the isolated vibration& buffered devices, to prevent driver vibration& shaking when the crane works.;
- Cab master controller:
- In the Linkage control panels on both sides of the driver's seat, one handle controls lifting, the other for trolley &crane traveling mechanism, can realize the linkage of two mechanisms;
- Uses imported products, approved by the purchaser;
- With Convenient, flexible operation controller &zero self-locking device;
- All acceleration& deceleration directly controlled by the driver at any time. If operates too fast, the automatic device can limit acceleration& deceleration within a predetermined value. When the master controller to change from high gear to low gear or stop bits, according to the electrical effect making the motion deceleration, until the speed falls below a predetermined point, can operate the brake;
- When steering control devices, the direction of hand movements &the resulting effects of motion should be coordinated.
- Linkage control panels:
- In front &at both sides of the driver operating position, metal enclosed structure, IP41 protection grade, signaling device of linkage control panels, witches, buttons& emergency stop buttons all are set according to Standard configuration, also can meet driver usage &operations habits.
