Product introduction
LDC model single girder overhead crane belongs to very low clearance light duty lifting equipment, it is composed of girder weld by a steel plate and I-steel, end girder, electric hoist and traveling mechanism. The electric hoist runs along the lower flange of the I-steel of the girder to accomplish article hoisting. It features light structure and easy installation and maintenance and is widely used for different places for hosting, such as factories, warehouses, and material yards. It is prohibited to use in the environment with inflammable, explosive and corrosive media.
LDC Low Headroom Single Girder Overhead Crane is designed for low headroom workshop. The difference between them is the way of electric hoist running. The electric hoist of LDC is running at the bottom flange plate of the girder and the electric of LDA is running at one side of the girder, which increases the workspace of the hook and reduces the workshop height and cost.

- The safety supervises system equipped with overload limiter, and on the monitor, it can display the load's value, it can remind the operator to prevent the overload.
- Before the start, the entire controller will start self-checking, includes power voltage, default phase, the effect of each safety protective device and zero position of the button.
- Motor insulation grade is F, and protective grade is IP54, it also has overheated and alarming function, the motor cover adopts aluminum alloy to drawing the molding, with better heat dissipation.
- Main electric elements adopt the international brands include Schneider, Siemens, ABB. The protective grade of electric control box shall no less than IP54.
